This obituary was taken from the St. Clair Times, Thursday August 10, 2006. Travis Scott Price Odenville-- Travis Scott Price, age 30 of Odenville, Alabama. "Scott" worked as a HVAC Mechanic with Price Heating and Air, and was a Dirt Track Driver, 1999 Track Champion, Childersburg, Alabama. "Travis Scott Price won his land and greatest race when he went to be with his Lord, Jesus Christ Our Savior, August 2, 2006". He is survived by his loving wife, Nicole Allen Price; parents, Dewey "Bud" (Julie) Price and Aileen Blanton (Thomas) Barnard; sisters Tracy Price (Michael) Kent, and Tiffany Glenn (Michael), brothers Jamey (Lea) Price, Patrick Price and Cory Price; grandparents Gary and Betty Wright, all who loved him. He will be missed dearly by all his family and friends. The family would like to express their thanks to all of Scott's friends and family who loved and supported him and helped his dreams come true. A chapel service was held at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 5, 2006. Pastor Russ Donaho officiated the service, followed by burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. To help defray medical cost, donation may be made to Colonial Bank, Odenville Branch, in the name of Nicole Price. Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home directed.
