This obituary was taken from the St. Clair Times, St. Clair Co., AL Thursday August 3. 2006 Coy Dempsey Peoples Ragland-- Funeral service for Coy Dempsey Peoples, 83, was Friday, July 28, at 2 p.m. at Usrey Chapel with the Rev. Glenn Horsley officiating. Burial was in Macedonia Baptist Cemetery in Margaret. Mr. Peoples died Wednesday, July 26, at his residence. He is survived by his wife Hazel Peoples; five sons, Jerrell Peoples, Daniel Peoples, Gary Peoples, Terry Peoples, and Freddie Peoples; sister Wanda Bice; brother Williard Peoples; eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Usrey Funeral Home in Pell City directed the service.
