This obituary was taken from the St. Clair Times, St. Clair Co., AL Thursday July 13, 2006 Judy Earline Scott Moore Waters Carter Ashville--Funeral service for Judy Earline Scott Moore Waters Carter, 51, was Thursday, July 6, at 10 a.m. at Kilgroe Funeral Home withthe Rev. Stanley Layton officiating. Burial followed in Oak Ridge Cmetery. She died Monday, July 3. She had worked most of her life as a seamstress. Mrs. Carter is survived by a daughter, Tracy Dianna Moore Sloan; sons Michael Earl Moore and Gary Wayne Waters II; grandchildren Matthew Chaz, Daniel Tyler & Rayven Faith Sloan; sisters, Doris Ragsdale Hopper and husband Herman, Elaine Anderson and husband Robert, and Ritchi Anderson and husband David; and a brother William Larry Scott. Carter was preceded in death by her parents Robert Earl& Lucile Clem Scott; sister Linda Sue Scott Bowlen. Honorary pallbearers will be Matthew Chaz and Daniel Tyler. Carter loved and was loved by her church family and a host of friends. Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City directed the service.
