This obituary was taken from the St. Clair Times, St. Clair Co., AL Thursday July 27, 2006 Douglas Ray Bowlin (picture in paper) Moody---Douglas Ray Bowlin, 32, was killed in an automobile accident on July 7, 2006. He was employed with Scenic Property Management, Trussville. Survivors include: mother, Deborah (Wayne) Wright of Cropwell; father, Ray (Deniece) Bowlin of Tifton, GA; brothers Jason Bowlin of Irondale, Joseph Bowlin of Leeds and Matthew Gresham of Tifton, GA; sisters Tiffany Wright of Pell Ciyt and Katie Gresham of Tifton GA; fiance' Melody Crowley of Moody; unborn son Gavin Ray; and a host of family and friends that loved him very much. The Rev. Mark Lee and the Rev. Robert Quinn officiated the funeral on July 12, at 3:30 p.m. at Ridout's Trussville Chapel with burial at Sulphur Springs, Trussville. Remembrance in song by Wanda Jackson, Sherry Blagg, Mikel and Marie Quinn, and family, Memorial picture DVD created by Wayne Wright. Releasing of the Doves Ceremony conducted by Love Birds Inc. Pallbearers were Lucas Fasina, Dewayne Bowlin, Ricky Lee, Mike Harner, Adam Bowlin, and James Standifer. Honorary pallbearers were Randy Kennedy and Travis Bowlin. Ridout's Trussville Chapel directed the services.
