This obituary was taken from the St. Clair Times, Thursday August 31, 2006. Ralph Rabern Alldredge Arab--Ralph Rabern Alldredge, age 75, died Friday, Aug. 25, 2006 at his residence. Funeral Service for Mr. Alldredge was conductd Monday, Aug. 28, at 2 p.m. at Arab Memorial Chapel with Brother Kenneth Smith and Brother Jerry Hackney officiating. Burial was in the Rock Springs Cemetery, Blount Co., AL. Mr. Ralph RaBern Alldredge, born in the State of Alabama, Blount Co., June 4, 1931 the son of M.P. Alldredge and Dessie Lou Sterling Alldredge was married to the former Tabitha LaRue; was a 9 year Veteran of the United States Armed Services; a retired Construction Worker for Latham Construction; and a member of Northwest Baptist Church, Arab. Ralph RaBern Alldredge was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers, 2 sisters and one grandson. Mr. Aldredge is survived by his wife of 46 yrs, Tabitha LaRue Alldredge of Arab; 6 daughters, Betty (Antony) Kelley of Vinemont, Barbara (Rickey) Morgan of Addison, Rebecca (Herman) Morris of Savannah, Tina (LaDon) Hayes of Arab, Tami (J.P.) Trammel of Ragland and Patti (Harlan) NeSmith of Lacey's Spring; 22 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, three sisters, Shirley (Joe) McCoy of Austin Creek, Bobbie (Steve) Sharritt of Warrior, Judy (Lynell) Hudgins of Arab; 3 brothers; Pate (Ruth) Alldredge of Blountsville, Wayne (Earlene) Alldredge of Union Grove and Shearl Alldredge of Blount Co. Arab memorial Chapel directed the service.
