I am trying to locate information on a Louise Nichles who passed away around April/May of 2004. She is believed to be buried in the Pell City area. She had two daughters who were put in foster homes in early 60's. They are trying to locate a half brother who's named Frank Roberts/Roberson. He may have lived in the Pell City/Leeds area. Can anyone give me advice where would be the best place to look or check? Thanks.
