Otis James Phillips Pell CIty- Funeral Services for Otis James Phillips, 85, were Friday, Aug. 25, at 12 noon at Usrey Chapel with the Rev. Vint Arnold officiating. Burial was in Cossa Valley Cemetery. Mr. Phillips died Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2006. He was a member of Palestine Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a son, Mickey Otis Phillips. He is survived by his wife, Annie Louise Phillips; sons Wayne (Becky) Moore of Harpersville; daughters, Liz (Ken) Nock of Pell City and Ann (Rick) McKelvey of Pell City; 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Jerry Wayne Rich, Keith Rich, Lloyd Ray Brewster, Jesse Brewster, Ira Brewster, and Kenny Nock. Usrey Funeral Home in Pell City directed the services.
