Jacquetta Deann Skipper Pell CIty- Funeral service for Jacquetta DeAnn Skippper, 35, was Monday, Spet. 4, at 11 a.m. at Usrey Chapel, Pell CIty with the Rev. Ray Speakman and the Rev. Donald Jennings officiating. Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery. Ms. Skipper died Thursday, Aug. 31, 2006. She was a member of Refuge Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Lynn Rapier of Odenville; son Cameron Urick of Pell City, daughter, Jazzmine Alexander of Morris, mother & step-father Sue and Rev. Ray Speakman; father & step mother, Donald & Linda Skipper; brothers, Daniel Speakman and Mike Speakman both of Decatur; sisters, Donna Overton of Pell City, Mary Katheryn Linton of Moody, Kim Miller, Shei Grant, and Renae Speakman, all of Decatur; grandparents Cecil and Luci Paul of Trussville, Betty Graham of Pell City, Mr. & Mrs. Curtis Speakman of Decatur. Pallbearers were Steve Allison, Lee Morgan, Shane Skipper, Jay Paul, Daniel Speakman and Mike Speakman. Usrey Funeral Home in Pell City directed the service.
