Carolyn Virginia Wesson Griffith Sylacauga--Funeral service for Carolyn Virginia Wesson Griffith, 57, will be Tuesday, Dec. 19, at 2 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with the Rev. Charles Smith and the Rev. Paul Liner officiating. Interment will be in Odena Baptist Cemetery. Mrs. Griffith died Sunday, Dec. 17, at her residence. She was a member of Five Points Holiness Church for 30 years. She is survived by her husband for 41 years, Charles J. Griffith; sons, Charles Griffith Jr. and Tony Griffith; daughter, Missy Griffith all of Sylacauga; sisters, Sylvia Ward of Sycamore and Susie Wideman of Hollins; and seven grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Preston Smith, Adam Castleberry, Bruce Castelberry, Chip Parrett, Richard Corbitt, Bobby Griffith, Aaron Borntragger, Keith Thomas, Don Griffith, Hughie Patterson, and Jody Corbitt. Radney-Smith Funeral Home will direct the service.
