This was in the St. Clair Times, St. Clair Co. AL., Thursday Dec.7, 2006. Ruth Edge Leeds Funeral service for Ruth Edge, 76, was Friday, Dec. 1, at 2 p.m. at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds. Burial was in Brachville Cemetery. Ms. Edge died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2006. She is survived by her daughter, Janice McLaughlin; brothers, Dewey and Alfred Hopper; and grandchildren, Paul, Bobby and Melani McLaughlin. Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds directed the service.
