This was in the St. Clair Times, St. Clair Co. AL., Thursday Dec.7, 2006. Ray Hardesty Birmingham--Funeral service for Ray Hardesty, 54, was Sunday, Dec. 3, at 3 p.m. at Kilgroe Chapel in Leeds. Burial was in Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville. Mr. Hardesty died Nov. 27, 2006. He is survived by his daughter, Sue Ann Killingsworth (Greg); mother Shirley Pilkingon; brother, Michael Hardesty, Jim and Rodney Pilkington; niece, Lisa Hardesty; and grandchildren, Kenneth and Lannie Killingsworth. Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds directed the service.
