Winonah Lee Howard Cook Springs--Graveside service for Winonah Lee Howard, 89, was Monday Oct. 16, at 3 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, Sylacauga, with the Rev. Jom Metzler officiating. Mrs. Howard died Saturday, Oct. 14, at The Village at Cook Springs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed J. Howard; and her parents, Dallas and Ruth Evans Lee. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Sylacauga. She is survived by three daughters, Carol Collins, Nancy Jackson and Leanna Wade, all of Alabama; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. The family requested on lieu of flowers, memorials be made to First Baptist Church of Sylacauga, 10 S. Broadway, Sylacauga, Al 35150.
