    3. Brian, Thanks for the word about Ms. Bentz's book. I will see what I can find on Amazon. I imagine our local library probably has a copy too. Not to worry about being put off. I am a bottom line person myself and sometimes in my haste to get an answer I cut to the chase too quick and leave out the nice stuff. Since retiring I am learning to be more patient and kind.
