Stephanie, There is a Joseph Schewang listed in the 1870 census Richardson County, Nebraska with a wife, Julia. They both list Baden as their birth place. Joseph is 46 and Julia is 24 and they were married, according to the census, Feb 1870. As you did nort provide much information it is hard to find anything for you. Is this the couple you are looking for? It would help if you could provide some more information, anything, even if it approximated for the listers to help you.
