For my own practice I sometimes go to the record referred to by other listers. Enlarging plus using a magnifying glass munit(e) - checking dictionary but not sure of grammar I see it is from munir - provide with "de" - would be "provided with the sacrament of extreme unction". (this is the English spelling) Searching a few other pages for deaths, found on page 121 right side, the same word is used with extreme unction.
