It also lists the occupations of the groom (cultivateur), his father (cultivateur) and the bride's father (cut off, but presumably journalier, a day laborer). Hi, 'en son vivant' means that the person is no more alive => 3 of the 4 parents are death. Not one occurrence of Schirrheim in this record. Schirrhein is written 8 times . regards, Charles. I suspected that was the translation, but wasn't 100% sure. The occupation or domicile listed after the "en son vivant" means that's what he did or where he/she lived when he/she was alive.
