Which one of us? Not overlooking, just referring to the Catholic history. I have the Lutheran side, too. I am a native (and Lutheran) of northern Ohio. My own Lutheran family members were charter members of St. John's, Bellevue. They had been served by the pastor of St. John's, Fremont, prior to that. In northern Ohio, Lutheran families were served by clergy for southern and central Ohio and Pennsylvania who would take a month or leave from their own parishes. But services were held in homes. Sometimes Lutherans and Reformed folks met together. Generally speaking, the actual congregations were established in the early 1840's.
