I have searched and searched Gresswiller and Mutz for an ancestral grandfather, Sebastien Bour, about 1715-1725 in Gresswiller, he later moving to Phalsbourg, the records of which are not online yet! But I did find two other later Bours (Baur) in Gresswiller. I get the basic information in Latin fairly well, but beed help on some of the names. Gresswiller, Catholique paroisses Baptisms, B-1727-1792 Fidelis Bour (Baur) Image 66 of 145 1759 (?) left side, 2nd down What is the father's name given name? and his parents, if recorded. I understand the mother's, her father. Her mother Catherina Schwenn (?) Godparents' names at bottom And same record dates as Fidelis Anthony Bour (Baur) Image 80 of 145 1767 upper right Again I pretty much understand but what is Anthony's father's given name? The Matrina Catherine Hocher (???) and following her name, wife (uxor) etc. please. Also bottom signatures. Thank you, whoever can assist. This may help in finding Sebastien.
