    3. Hi, John According to the site http://www.rootsweb.com/~fraalsac/souffbapt/baptk.htm and the Soufflenheim Baptism Index 1748-1793, by Rosa Raiman: - Marguerite Leppert bap.in 1784 - Joseph Leppert bap. in 1787 - Ignace Leppert bap. in 1793 children of Johannes George Leppert and Magdelaine Burger. The site (long URL) http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~odcolonies/kleinliebental/1820-1822%20Die%20Mertischen%20Auszugen%20Kleinliebental.htm says that Ignatz/Ignace Leppert (28 years of age) came to Kleinliebental 4 Oct 1821, with his sister Marguaretha Mahler (36 years) and her children Amand (12 y), Stephan (9 y) and Theresia (15 y). The Catholic church records of Soufflenheim (Bas-Rhin, Alsace) are available on microfilm for the time-period 1743-1793. Good luck with your search Ewald ----- Original Message ----- From: "Leppert" <leppert@ix.netcom.com> To: <alsace-lorraine@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, February 12, 2008 1:58 AM Subject: Re: [A-L] Sufflenheim/Soufflenheim > Mary, > Thanks.
