Hi David -- Sedan is in the Ardennes, so this list will not be appropriate. It appears that the Champagne-Ardenne list will be most fruitful: http://lists.rootsweb.ancestry.com/index/intl/FRA/FRA-CHAMPAGNE-ARDENNE.html I also find quite a few queries mentioning Sedan in the Gen-fr list, http://lists.rootsweb.ancestry.com/index/intl/FRA/GEN-FR.html Be aware, however, that Gen-fr is gatewayed to the Gen-fr newsgroup, and as such, will get more spam that you are used to seeing on strictly email lists.
