    3. I'm sorry, I mis-typed and wasn't specific. I meant the FHL - Family History Library, and that is actually a part of FamilySearch.org. Lots of valuable help there, free. Some of it can be purchased for around a dollar at your local FHC (Family History Center) also. For awhile they also sold a CD with all these help files on it for around $5 -- you might ask if this is still available.
