A USA lit member responded rather fast with some information on the naturazation or citizenship papers on my Bendot Family quiriy John arrived abt 1902,from Germany. Joseph arrived abt 1903,from Germany but there was a Mathias Bendot,that arrived about 1901.from Germany.With the advent of WWll,did they lie about being from Germany.?
