Hello, I am looking for the Jacobi family. I have very little information to go on. I know that they were from Alsace-Lorraine, but do not know which region specifically. The person in particular whose relatives I am looking for is Henriette Jacobi b. between 1818 and 1823. Her parents died when she was young and she went to live with another family. They treated her badly so she ran away. Family history says that she married a man by the name of Reuban Elsass Lorthringen and then somehow ended up in Prussia where she remarried. I know this is very sketchy, but if you have any thoughts as to where I should research, I'd really appreciate it! Hi Sharon, Yes, I am looking into this family. Sorry I don't have any information on your Henriette but I'm copying another person who also has Jacoby family members.
