Jim, There is an ortssippenbuch that includes the village of Kleinrosseln (Petite Rosselle). "Die Einwohner von Großrosseln von 1696-1896 und die Einwohner von Kleinrosseln von 1696-1796" by Josef Schwarz. Unfortunately the time period your Marguerite SPINGLER was born there was not included. I believe there was an addendum made that included the later period, but it never got beyond the typewritten page format. There are several listings for SPINGLER/SPENGLER spouses, but no family entries. (Indicating they lived in the area but not these villages.) There is also one listing for a DEICHLER as a spouse. If you want to do further research on the SPRINGLERs and DEICHLERs in that village you can visit your local LDS Family History Center and rent the civil and church book microfilms.
