    3. Hi Gloria, The price is quite high - too bad! and believe it or not (not sure if you noticed when you Googled), the Amazon price is the lowest! Unfortunately, all of the hits were for either purchasing the book or a journal article. There was one link with a moderately long review by Janet Hartley. It does sound very interesting and I also thank Robert Behra for bringing the book to our attention. For now I have added it to my Amazon wish list! If one goes to google books, type in the title, there are a lot more references, book reviews, etc. about the book. these are helpful if one cannot buy (75 dollars at amazon) or access the book in a library. I have Lorraine ancestors who were in the military (non-elit).
