Sue, A search on geneanet.org for the grooms name HENZ turned up the answer. It looks like the groom was born in  Bliesranspach which is in present day Kleinblittersdorf in the region of Saarbrücken in the Saarland, Germany. If you go to geneanet.org and search for HENZ and type "Bliesranspach" into the place filter you will find this marriage record in other family trees that are public.
