I just noticed that parishes starting with the letters U and V have been added to the online records available from the Archives départementales du Haut-Rhin, following Z (December) and W (January). Newly added: Uffheim Uffholtz Ungersheim Vieux Ferrette Vieux Thann Village Neuf Voegtlinshoffen http://www.archives.haut-rhin.fr/search/home Click on the icon for État civil de 1793 à 1892 (they haven't created a separate one for the earlier records).     3. Hello, I'm looking for help finding the marriage record of Paul Robitzer and his second wife Maria Catharina Robitzer in Bouxwiller in 1693. I don't know the date, but I'm told that's the year and city they married in. I've tried searching the Lutheran and Catholic books both but can't find it, but must admit I'm at a disadvantage as I'm not completely familiar with the handwriting. The old Pfalz is split into north and east becoming part of Rheinland-Pfalz since 1947 while the west part went to French controlled area before the voters said no to French attempts to Frenchize the Saar, the end result is west part became part of Saarland and became part of Germany in 1957. I would be willing to set up or join with someone else setting up a Germany-Genealogy group and then asking the small lists like Pfalz to join that one as a sub-group.
