Hello Cousin, I am also related to Marion Tanton. His wife was Mary Alice BOYETT. Marion also served in the CSA and I have his pension records. He and his wife are Buried at Union Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Pensacola Florida. My line is the BOYETT line. If I am not mistaken William Jasper Tanton married Sarah McNAIR. Sarah McNAIR's older sister also married a BOYETT who was my 2nd great grandmother, so we are double cousins. I have been researching this family for 5 years and you are my first Tanton connection.
