I really don't know why that cementary was named Williams ?? Supposedly William Williams is buried there but unable to find his grave. Ervin Raley and Sarah Pate are my ggrandparents. As you know they had four children, Henry Columbus, Martha Malissa, Charles Robert and Jesse. My grandfather was Charles Robert he married Annie Elizabeth Whatley they had 10 children my father was the 5th one Zollie Robert Raley he married Mary Alice Davis they had 7 children this includes a set of triplets and I am the youngest of this family. I live in Columbus, Ga and went to Luverne Al and stay a week with my sister Lucille Davis and her family her two boys did the majority os the work they were life savers.I got involved in geneology about 4 years ago and really injoy it. Would love to have more info on the Texas Raleys. Just received some info from a cousin in the Ft Worth Area about Jesse A Raley but dates in Pike Co and Texas do not match. If you need any thing I have let me know. Lucille received the list of the cementary yesterdaY will send you a copy after this weekend and we have our reunion this weekend at her house.
