Ishmael (Cornton, Carrington?) did own land in Pike County in 1900. Would there be any records extant that would show not only his name, but also where his land was? Strange, but I have seen his last name spelled at least seven different ways, but always starting with "Car" or "Cor". Anyway, any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
