Tonia, I'm sorry, but I don't have anything on Elizabeth Powell Cain, only that she and William were in the Marl area of Geneva County in 1850 only 5 entries from the Asa Bailey family (from Dale Co), whose dau Eliza A married John A Powell, who may be a son of Isaac. The only thing I know about her being a Powell is from the Barfield database on Worldconnect, and it doesn't give any source for her surname. There is a search box on the home page of my website. I guess I need to put a link to it on every family page; it would help people. Wilda On 3/27/07, Tonia Porter <toniab@knology.net> wrote: > > Wilda, You have a great site! No problem. Thanks for the Bailey information. I will need to look that up too, may fit into my Nobles line. But, I have that William Cain and Elizabeth Powell were married in Bibb Co., GA on September 27, 1827. They had William Robert Cain (my line), Ann, Elizabeth and John Nathaniel.
