Is the name of the Books,Newpaper Books or what is the names of the books on the civil war Vol 2. Debra Maddox Wilson Greenback,Tn

The 1st book, I named it News at home and across but Southern Historical renamed it Newspaper Abstracts from Pike Co., Al. 1855 - 1861. The next one I named Pike County Civil War News and they renamed it Newspaper Abstracts from Pike Co., Al. 1860 - 1865 (The Civil War Years). The third is Pike Co., Al. News 1860 - 1864 but I am sure they will rename it. I apologize if this has already been answered... Do your books have indexes? I will buy them if there is any information on William P or David MILLS or Mary Jefcoat. Our 84 yr old uncle says his great grandfather is DAVID MILLS, married to MARY JEFCOAT, and David was killed in the Civil War. But Will records we find show him as William P Mills. He couldn't have died in the civil war as his youngest son (our ancestor) was born in Feb. 1868. We are trying to find any records that prove or disprove the family records.
