Troy Messenger 8-31-1961 Funeral Held Thursday For James C. Day James Carroll Day died at his home in Troy Wednesday. Funeral services were held Thursday at 3 pm at Spring Hill Baptist Church with Rev. W. S. Dunford officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. McGehee Funeral Home directing. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Carroll Day, Troy: a daughter, Elizabeth Dianne Day, Troy: two sons, James Franklin and Johnny Eugene Day, Troy: four sisters, Mrs. Rube Young and Mrs. Clara Yarbrough both of Troy: Mrs. Bobby Tuck, Columbus, Ga.: Mrs. Mulemee Howard, Sneeds, Florida: three brothers, George Thomas and Denzil Day both of Troy: Clifton Day of St. Petersburg, Florida. **Note** Not my line just sharing
