Pike Co. listers-- I just received an e-mail purporting to be from this address: sydtom@wnclink.com which appeared to be a response to my recent post to the Pike Co. list about the WILSON family. This e-mail quoted part of my WILSON post, and then at the end, said: "Take a look to the attachment." The attachment that came along with this e-mail was entitled: Humor.txt.pif Having been duly warned, I deleted the message without opening its attachment. If you receive similar e-mails which seem to be responses to posts on this list, DO NOT OPEN any attachments that come with them, especially attachments which have double extensions (like *.txt.pif).
