Troy Messenger 12-12-1961 Death Claims Mrs. J. W. Harris Mrs. J. W. Harris 74 of Troy Route 1 died last night in a Troy hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 Wednesday at Oak Grove Methodist Church. Rev. Joe Youngblood, Rev. James Davis and Rev. Wesley Price officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with McGehee Funeral Home in charge. The body will lie in state at the church from 1:30 until 2:30. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Marion Edge, Pine Level: Mrs. James Brantley, Banks: Mrs. Hubert Lucas, Troy Route 1: one son, Cody W. Harris, Troy: one brother, J. B. McLeod, Troy: one sister, nine grandchildren: one sister-in-law, Mrs. Mary H. Huggins, Miami.
