Troy Messenger 11-30-1961 Funeral Held Today For Eugene Mullis Eugene Mullis 74 of 1201 Park Street, Troy, passed away Wednesday at a Troy hospital. Funeral services were held at 3:30 Thursday at the First Baptist Church with Dr. John H. Thomas and Rev, Joe Bates officiating. Burial will follow in Henson Cemetery with McGehee Funeral Home in charge. Survivors include wife, Mrs. Eugene Mullis: five daughters, Mrs. Annie Lou Stubbs, Mrs. J. L. McVay, Mrs. E. E. Williams all of Troy: Mrs. Dewey Wambles, St. Petersburg, Florida: Mrs. Joseph Teel, Phenix City: five sisters, Mrs. Jim Rodgers and Mrs. Claude Rodgers both of Opp: Mrs. Lloyd Chancellor, Jack: Mrs. Carlos Neice, Montgomery: Mrs. Herman Stewart, Troy: one brother, Bradley Mullis, Troy: 22 grandchildren: 20 great-grandchildren. Active pallbearers were J. J. Teel, Walter, Teel, Joseph Teel, John Teel, J. L. McVay, Donald Jinright. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Baraca Class of the First Baptist Church. **Note** Not my line just sharing
