Troy Messenger 8-29-1961 C. H. Rhodes Passes Away In Demopolis Carroll Henry Rhodes Sr. age 51 died in a Demopolis hospital Monday. Funeral services will be held at 4 pm Wednesday at Little Oak Methodist Church. Rev. Keron Vickers officiating, burial in adjoining cemetery, McGehee Funeral Home in charge. The body will lie in state at the church from 3 until 4 and will be at the Funeral Home until that time. Survivors include the wife, Mrs. Mary S, Rhodes, Troy Route 1: three daughters, Mrs. Anita Stamey, Miss Annette Rhodes, Troy: Miss Carolyn Rhodes, Banks: four sons, M. C., C. H. Jr., and Danny Rhodes all of Troy: and Ray Rhodes of Banks: two brothers, J. C. and W. F. Rhodes both of Columbus, Ga.: one sister, Mrs. Walter McCarty, Columbus, Ga.: four grandchildren. **Note** Not my line just sharing
