He was born about 1844 in Alabama, his parents were born in GA. He is in Pike County (indexed as Evellum Reeves) in 1870, with wife Mary J. and sister-in-law Francis Garrett lives with them in 1870 and in 1880 where they are in Clay County next to Orion B. Reaves who has at some point been in TX but appears to be a brother. Eralbun moves to Hot Springs County, AR, and wife Mary J. is still alive and at one point they live with sister-in-law Francis E. Hand. I can't find them in 1900. Next door to them in Grant County I find Elijah, James Leonard, and Thomas Wiley, all born in Alabama with parents born in Georgia, but can't make the connection to Eralbun. Any help appreciated.
