If not, please forgive me. I am trying to go through and change my email addresses. On many of the postings, I am shown with different email addresses. I have tried NUMEROUS times to change them all and seemingly they ae changed, but still show the wrong email addy. I have tried to get it fixed, but thus far, I think I have either missed something or perhaps I have so many postings, they are all scattered with about 3 different old email addresses, and can not seem to be all located?? Anyway, I would like to find out about the Tanton's that came to Southeast and East Texas. I have a Cecil Tanton, married to (Known only as) "A.". I do not know WHO his parents are. I had him with Charles Marion "Babe" Tanton and Emmer B. Smith, but have discovered that they didn't have him as their child??? Help!! ALSO, what can you tell me about the following Tanton's? "Jack" Taunton b: Abt. 1812 in Georgia Census: 1850 Found in the Pike County, Alabama Census. . +Mahala Goore 2 Charles Taunton .... +Senia Hester 2 Gibson Taunton b: 1834 in Alabama d: 1905 .... +Mary E. b: in Georgia Census: 1870 Found in the Hardin County, Texas Census. Is Mahala's name, Goore, spelled correctly? I connect to the Tanton's, via my Grand Aunt, Gladys Jackson. She married William Archie Tanton. He was b. April 18, 1903. d. October 1972.
