This is clearly an infringement of copyright laws since it is listing all of the people from the publication, not just a small amount of the information. I think the law also states that you may not freely distribute the "small amount" of information gleaned from a publication. Plus the fact this is from a publication still available for purchase and the society should reap the benefits of publishing unless they have specifically granted the right to do so. Leslie
