J.J.: Pvt, Co H, 18th Ala Inf; KIA New Hope Church, Ga. Jacob Pvt, Co D, 5th Ala Inf. John L.: Pvt, Co D, 5th Ala Inf; had served first as Lt, Co H, 18th Ala, but resigned and enlisted in the 5th. Thomas J.: Pvt, Co H, 18th Ala Inf. William: Pvt, Co I, 15th Ala Inf; served later as Courier for General Longstreet; he was called "Pike". Not related or researching, happened to see your query.
