Virginia: thank you for your reply. I have the land grants where "my" DuBose were granted land. I will try to tie this in with the info you gave me. and the location of the old "Dubose cemetery". Jeremiah DuBose died in 1839, his wife, Rebecca died in 1844; his son Samuel died in 1893 while his wife Lucetria died between 1870/1880. Again thank you for your help.
