William was born 1833 Pike Co,his parents was William and Ellender Burgess Wingard.He died in Morristown Tn during the civil war.Does any one in Pike Co know any more on him.I didnot see a marriage on him but some has him having a daughter name Dora. Debra Maddox Wilson Greenback,Tn
