The Will Cowart on the 1910 census, (Etowah AL) and the William F Cowart on the 1920 census, (Union SC), are the same as I see it. Am I correct? I have looked at the census images of both census and other than the misspellings of names, etc. I believe they are the same. please let me know , I am just curious.
