Joseph Hartwell Norsworthy was their father and was the youngest of fourteen children born to John Norsworthy who was married twice. John and his first wife had seven children - Thomas, Susan, George, John, Benjamon, Archball, "Doc", and Salis. John's second wife was Margaret Dennis 1832-1913. Born to them were William, John, Emmie, Carrie, Mathious, Andrew, and Joseph Hartwell. John Norsworthy reportedly traveled by wagon train from Perry, Alabama and settle in Union County, AR but I have been unable to go back any further. Let me know if this sounds like your Benjamin.
