It was organized in Abbeville, Alabama. My thirdgreatgrandfather Jon Price was an Private in the company before he became Assisstant Regimental Surgeon. A number of Kirkland relations were also in this company. Dr. Price's brother in law was in Company A " The Henry Grays". Just curious.
