    3. The Pike County Heritage book is 747 pages, indexed. I think it is now in its 3rd reprinting. You can contact the Troy Public Library to inquire about purchasing a copy, if interested. 334-566-1314. The book is very nice!     3. I was able to do an interlibrary loan from my county library here in Oregon to see the book. I think either Troy or maybe the U of Al library lent it or maybe it was a tx library...can't recall...I was able to find my mother's family still living on the same land in Pike Co. Her cousin had submitted an article on the family. I was very excited...book is great resource. Your co library where ever you live can help you do the interlibrary loan thing..
