Claudia, I have not seen the Pike Co. Heritage book. I do have the latest Bullock Co. book. William and Nancy Winfield Pruitt Boswell were my GGG-GP's. They both died in 1873 and were buried on their property. Unfortunately their graves have been lost over time. Their children were: Elizabeth Ann who married Benjamin Nollie Horn; James William who married Willie Placide Harris; Virginia Caroline who married James Albert Eidson; Louisiana Winfield who married William Dixon Horn; Susan Bourland who married James Thomas Brown; Thomas Moses who married Mary Elizabeth Terry (my GG-GP's). Mary was the daughter of William Strom Terry and Nancy Jenkins daughter of Wiley Jenkins and Mary Hough of Pike Co. Thanks. Hello Lins: my name is gerald boswell and I was born in pike county in 1936. my father was waco hobson boswell. my mother was bama corrine hickman. I don't know much about my father's side of the family,but my I've traced my mother's side back a little. my mother's father was andrew erastus hickman. her mother was molly sephronia (sic) head. we are related to the richardsons and the williamsons I think by marriage. other than that, I don't know much else. It would be good to hear from you. I do know that some of my father's family moved to texas probably around the early 1900s and I believe they settled near beaumont, though I am not really sure about this.
