    2. Debra Crosby
    3. Bobby, ALPIKE is a mailing list. It is for people who are researching in Pike Co. AL to be able to share with others researching in the same county. It is primarily used for posting queries in the hopes that others might be able to help you in your search if you are lucky enough to find someone else researching the same lines. You can post by sending a message to the list alpike@rootsweb.com and list the surnames you are researching and give as much detail as possible about where you are stuck in your research. Everyone should do this once in a while just in case others researching your lines may have joined the list. Please list the surnames in the subject line so that others can note quickly if it's a line they are interested in. We also have two web sites for Pike Co., the Pike County ALGenWeb site at http://www.rootsweb.com/~alpike/ and the USGenWeb Archives site at http://www.rootsweb.com/usgenweb/al/pike.htm where you can find information and data that others have shared.
