Sometime back I put a posting on the Spartanburg board and someone answered and asked me if I knew anything about Joseph Parham the son of Drury mentioned in the will who was left almost nothing. She said that he had died and had been found frozen to death. She indicated that it was assumed that he had been drinking. I'll try to find that correspondence tonight and send it to you tomorrow. I don't know a lot about Drury. I am related by way of his grandson mention in the will. His name was William Young Parham. He was my gggrandfather. He married Lucinda Bain of Greenville, SC. They had 3 children before he died quite young. I can't seem to find out anything else about him. That's why I've been looking at other Parhams mentioned in Drury's will. June
